SWINE FLU (H1N1 FLU) AND Homeopathic approach to H1N1 Flu:

Lately my office has been receiving many panicking phone calls about the H1N1 or Swine Flu epidemic. This current Flu outbreak in humans known as “Swine Flu” is due to a strain of Influenza A virus subtype H1N1, which is analogous to the Flu Pandemic that had occurred in 1918. Swine Flu is a respiratory illness of pigs activated by contamination with the virus that can seldom encroach on humans. Homeopathy was successful in treating the Swine flu contagion of 1918 and can provide an outcome to questions about the 2009 Swine Flu. Causes of H1N1 Flu: •             A subdued immune system. •             Airborne. •             Being in close proximity with an infected person. •             Unhygienic measures. Symptoms of H1N1 Flu: •             Fever with chills. •             Runny nose, cough, sore throat. •             Headache and body ache. •             Fatigue with irritability. •             Lack of appetite. •             Vomiting and diarrhea.

Symptoms include lower back pain , buttock pain, and numbness, pain or weakness in various parts of the leg and foot. Other symptoms include a” pin and needles” sensation, or tingling and difficulty moving or controlling the leg. Typically, symptoms only manifest on one side of the body. The pain may radiate above the knee, but does not always. Sciatica is a relatively common form of lower back and leg pain, but the true meaning of the term is often misunderstood. Sciatica is a set of symptoms rather than a diagnosis for what is irritating the root of the nerve to cause the pain. Treatment for sciatica or sciatic symptoms often differs, depending on underlying causes and pain levels. Causes include compression of the sciatic nerve roots by a herniated (torn) or protruding
